Usage Instructions

Take the capsule on an empty stomach with a full glass of water
For best results, use consistently at the same time each day, either in the morning or before bedtime.
Do not chew or open the capsule. If using as part of a gut or injury recovery protocol, pair with an anti-inflammatory diet and adequate protein intake to support healing.
